Job summary

Piedmont Heart Institute Physicians is seeking an Atrial Fibrillation Coordinator to lead the cardiac rhythm management program. You will coordinate evaluation and screening of patients with atrial dysrhythmias and serve as the primary contact for the electrophysiology/cardiology team.

The role requires an RN with GA licensure, ACLS and BCLS certifications, plus 4 years of related experience. This on-site position supports an innovative, collaborative cardiovascular care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years of experience in cardiac rhythm management.
• Current GA RN license required.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point person for the electrophysiology/cardiology team, including physicians, patients, and other clinical staff.
• Coordinate evaluation and screening processes for patients with atrial dysrhythmias.
• Develop and implement standards and protocols for the Atrial Fibrillation program per Heart Rhythm Society and AHA guidelines.
• Act as patient navigator and ensure staff competency across cardiovascular care.
