Avenue5 Residential is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operations of affordable properties across multiple sites in the Utah area. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction, lease administration, budgeting, and coordinating with leadership to maintain high standards of service and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in property management, familiarity with LIHTC/HUD processes, and strong leadership with vendor and risk management experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing and LIHTC preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of HUD or loan assistance process preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties, focusing on resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, and property P&L.
• Ensure high client and resident satisfaction across communities.
• Lead the associate life cycle: recruiting, mentoring, and performance management.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing to attract residents.
• Manage annual budgets, general ledgers, and reports for property owners and leadership.
• Adhere to operations guidelines within the Property Management Agreement.
• Regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal, offices, and maintenance standards.
• Respond to escalated resident issues and liaise with residents and corporate on common area enforcement.
• Oversee disaster/emergency plans, safety records, and risk management initiatives.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
