Wood Lane Residential Services, Inc. seeks a Housing Property Manager to oversee daily operations for affordable housing, tenant relations, maintenance tracking, and regulatory compliance for our nonprofit portfolio in Wood County.

The role emphasizes HUD Section 811, TRACS reporting, grants research and applications, and ensuring safety and affordability standards are met. Strong software and certifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Human Services, or related field OR 7+ years relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in nonprofit or affordable housing.
• Proficiency with property management software and HUD reporting systems.
• CPO, SHCM, or similar HUD/affordable housing certifications are highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Tenant relations & lease administration from execution to renewal or termination.
• Maintenance, inventory & project tracking with work orders and capital projects.
• Compliance, reporting & funding including HUD Section 811 requirements and TRACS; assist with grants.
