Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, urban planning or related field.
• Six (6) years of progressively responsible professional housing experience, including two (2) years supervisory experience.
• Master’s Degree is highly desirable and may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise the Housing Division.
• Manage housing programs and Community Development Block Grant activities.
• Develop affordable housing policies and oversee compliance with laws.
