Qualifications

• Education: four-year college degree in a closely related field as listed.
• Experience: five years in community housing, with two years in lead or supervisory roles.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage and direct the Housing Division staff and activities.
• Provide guidance on housing policy and oversee the Below Market Rate program.
• Administer the division's budget and evaluate housing programs.
