Responsibilities

• Review applicant documents for household composition, income, and assets to determine eligibility for affordable housing
• Review and calculate applicant-provided income and asset information
• Reach out to applicants to gather updated or missing documents
• Respond to applicant questions quickly and professionally
• Monitor applicant progress to support them through the process as promptly and efficiently as possible
• Document feedback on the process to share with our external vendor and leadership teams
