Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve and provide results for families.
• Experience with HUD multifamily housing and annual requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and case management for residents.

• Provide translation services through contractors.
• Collect service agency information for referrals.
• Sponsor informational events (health care, job search, life skills).
• Facilitate referrals to Self-Help Groups within the community.

• Conduct home visits for residents with mobility limitations or other conditions affecting housing benefits.
