Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction experience in multifamily or affordable housing.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and pro formas.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with multitasking.
• Interest in growing within affordable housing development.

Responsibilities

• Support LIHTC, FHA, GSE and other financing applications.
• Coordinate due diligence, budgets, pro formas, and schedules.
• Manage construction draws and stabilization reporting.
• Collaborate with lenders, investors, architects, and municipalities.
