Job summary

TGG Accounting in Tampa, FL is seeking a Project Manager to lead affordable housing developments from application through construction and stabilization. You will oversee a portfolio of 8+ active Florida deals spanning new construction, rehab, and stabilization.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of construction experience in multifamily or affordable housing, advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and pro formas, and superb organizational and communication abilities to juggle shifting

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience construction for multifamily or affordable housing developments.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pro formas, data analysis).
• Strong organizational and communication skills — and the ability to juggle shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support LIHTC, FHA, GSE, and other affordable housing financing applications
• Coordinate due diligence, budgets, pro formas, and project schedules
• Manage construction draws and stabilization reporting
• Work directly with lenders, investors, architects, and municipalities
