Job summary

The Oklahoma City Housing Authority is seeking a Real Estate Development Project Manager to coordinate and deliver affordable housing development projects on time and within budget, in compliance with requirements and aligned with strategic goals.

You will work with architects, engineers, consultants and stakeholders, manage schedules, budgets, financing, contracts, and risk, and support entitlement, permits, and project stabilization across the CEC development portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Real Estate/Construction/Architectural planning, Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in real estate development, asset management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of development processes, entitlements, design and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development schedules, budgets, financing, contracts and risk management.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, engineers and regulators to meet project objectives.
• Support relocation, lease-up, and project stabilization within the portfolio.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, reports and presentations.
