Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager based in the Pittsburgh metro area to lead housing preservation projects. You will coordinate between asset management, development, and acquisition teams, overseeing all phases from due diligence to close-out and post-construction services.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, and accounting skills, with experience in Procore and Excel preferred. Travel to construction sites across the Pittsburgh region will be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management or related field.
• Procore experience or equivalent construction software is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, project management and accounting skills required.
• Experience with affordable housing projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design to ensure underwriting and financing alignment with standards.
• Conduct site inspections and document conditions.
• Prepare and manage bid packages and leveling sheets for subs/consultants.
• Monitor schedules, submittals, RFIs, budgets and monthly status reports.
• Ensure permits, insurance certificates and invoicing are in order.
