Qualifications

• At least 1 year of property management experience.
• Affordable housing experience preferred (HUD Section 8, LIHTC, HOME).
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations with professional timeliness.
• Manage resident relations including leasing, renewals and concerns.
• Maintain a welcoming environment with strong curb appeal.
• Deliver high levels of service to residents, prospects and guests.
