Job summary

TELACU is seeking a Property Manager in Los Angeles to oversee affordable housing operations. Responsibilities include managing tenant relations, rent collections, and compliance with HUD regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, must possess a high school diploma, and preferably have 2 years of experience in assisted housing management. TELACU offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 2 years managing assisted housing for elderly and/or physically challenged developments preferred.
• Preferred strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive relationship with the team.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws.
• Submit monthly occupancy and accounting reports.
• Maintain tenant files in compliance with HUD regulations.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
