This 32-hour-per-week role emphasizes hands-on management, coordination with residents, vendors, and the regional support team, and a commitment to providing high-quality affordable housing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in affordable housing programs (LIHTC/Section 8/HUD) preferred.
• Experience with property management software a plus.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property.
• Manage resident relations and leasing processes.
• Ensure compliance with SHFA commitments and lender requirements.
• Administer the operating budget and control monthly expenses.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and resident inquiries.
• Lead and develop a team of associates.
• Maintain a customer-centered service culture for residents and staff.
