HallKeen is hiring an Acquisitions & Development Analyst at the Corporate Office in Norwood, MA. The role supports underwriting, due diligence, financing, and execution of affordable and multifamily housing deals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, urban planning, or related field.
Advanced Excel modeling capability with multi-tab pro formas.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Underwrite and analyze affordable and multifamily acquisitions and development opportunities.
Support due diligence, financing, and transaction execution across the lifecycle.
Model property operations, development budgets, LIHTC equity, cash flows, and returns.
Coordinate with Asset Management, Property Management, Finance, and partners.
Assist in preparing investment materials and narratives for leadership and lenders.
Review partnership and regulatory documents and closing requirements.
