Elmington Living is seeking an Affordable Community Director for Grandbay Residences in Grand Bay, AL. You will manage leasing, financial performance, and vendor relations to ensure strong occupancy and resident satisfaction at the community.

You will lead on-site operations, staff, and service delivery, driving performance while upholding Elmington's standards and compliance. This role offers opportunity for bonus potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Must have affordable/tax credit experience.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial management, leasing performance, and occupancy targets.
• Ensure compliance with federal fair housing laws and other regulations.
• Represent Elmington to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Lead staff, operations, and financial performance at the community.
• Maintain resident files and reporting, on-site.
• Respond to issues outside normal hours when required.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
