Job summary

U.S. Bank in Illinois seeks a diligent support professional to back Investment Relationship Managers with administrative, sales and client service tasks. You will prepare investment proposals, maintain client files, answer calls and organize paper flow in line with firm policies.

The role includes scheduling, coordinating marketing outreach, and assisting in business development initiatives with internal departments. Relevant FINRA registrations or licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in the investment industry preferred.
• Eligibility for FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 7/63/65/66) or licenses per role.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and brokerage practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, processing, operational and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers.
• Prepare investment proposals and routine correspondence; manage client files and mail flow.
• Schedule and track appointments; assist in business development initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and cross-department collaboration.
