Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to manage a select group of affluent clients, overseeing their complete banking relationships with an advice-based approach and tailored financial solutions.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, promote 24/7 self-service access, and ensure compliance with bank policies while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• SIE/Series 6/7 and state registrations required or must be completed within 180 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
