Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients and other customers. You will manage their complete banking relationship with a proactive, guidance-based approach to growth, offering tailored education and advice to suit their financial needs.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, and help drive access to self-service options while adhering to banking regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam/FINRA Series 6/7 and state registration requirements (63 or 66 if required) must be completed or started within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act as part of loan originator qualification.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts who can help with specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
