Job summary

Klassy is hiring an Affiliate & TikTok Shop Manager to own and grow our affiliate community across TikTok Shop and ShopMy. You will work daily with creators, measure engagement, GMV, and program performance, and build scalable processes from the ground up.

You are a hands-on do-er with experience in TikTok Shop and affiliate platforms, able to operate inside systems and drive concrete results in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, creator/influencer management, social commerce, or TikTok Shop roles.
• Experience with affiliate platforms like ShopMy strongly preferred.
• Data-driven: able to read performance numbers and translate insights into actions.

Our TikTok Shop business is already at multi-million-dollar scale — and we've gotten there largely through targeted collaboration seeding. Now we want to pour fuel on the fire. We're looking for someone who sees a community of affiliates and creators not as a list to maintain, but as an engine to build, tune, and scale.

The Role

We're hiring an Affiliate & TikTok Shop Manager to own and grow our affiliate community across TikTok Shop and ShopMy. This is not a strategy-deck job. This is a build-it job. You'll live inside the systems, talk to creators daily, and treat every metric — engagement, posts per creator, GMV — as a problem you personally get to solve.

Today, our TikTok Shop runs on seeding alone. Your job is to turn that solid foundation into a real, humming affiliate platform: more creators posting, posting more often, and driving more sales. If the idea of building a TikTok Shop program from good-to-great gets you fired up, this is your role.

What You'll Do

• Own the affiliate community. Recruit, onboard, activate, and retain creators across TikTok Shop and ShopMy — and make them feel like part of something they want to show up for. Create programs tailored to community engagement and drive retention of our top creators
• Drive engagement. Increase posts per creator and overall affiliate activity through hands-on relationship management, smart incentives, and consistent communication.
• Grow the numbers. Take direct ownership of TikTok Shop GMV and ShopMy affiliate performance, and push both forward month over month.
• Work the systems. Get hands-on inside TikTok Shop, ShopMy, and our internal tools — pulling data, spotting what's working, and doubling down on it.
• Build the platform. Develop the playbooks, processes, and campaigns that turn our current seeding-led approach into a scalable, repeatable affiliate program.
• Seed with intent. Run and improve our collaboration and product-seeding efforts, targeting the right creators and measuring what actually converts.
• Stay close to creators. Be the person our affiliates know and trust — responsive, resourceful, and genuinely invested in their success.

What We're Looking For

3+ years in a similar marketing role — affiliate marketing, creator/influencer management, social commerce, or TikTok Shop specifically.

• A true do-er who wants to get their hands dirty inside platforms and systems, not just direct from the sidelines.
• Direct experience with TikTok Shop and/or affiliate platforms like ShopMy strongly preferred.
• A knack for building relationships with creators and communities — you're equal parts operator and people person.
• Data-comfortable. You can read performance numbers and let them steer your decisions without needing an analyst to translate.
• Self-starter energy. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, take ownership without being asked, and are eager to build something from the ground up.
• A genuine excitement about the creator economy and where social commerce is headed.

Location & Compensation

• Compensation: $80,000–$90,000, based on experience.
• Location: Remote-friendly, with a strong preference for candidates who can work from our Orlando, FL office in office 2 days a week, hybrid capacity.
