Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking an Associate Product Owner for Affiliate Platforms to bridge business, technology and design in a fast‑moving ecosystem. You will translate needs into epics, manage the backlog and guide cross‑functional squads toward measurable outcomes.

You’ll work with Marketing, IT and analytics to deliver human‑centred digital experiences, run UAT, craft requirements, and support feature launches while shaping strategy with OKRs and data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4‑year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of retail industry experience or equivalent domain experience.
• Prior experience with Jira workflow management.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methods to deliver digital product outcomes.
• Strong communication and ability to influence across leadership levels.
• Ability to translate business and technology needs for diverse audiences.
• Strategic mindset with OKRs and outcome focus.
• Experience delivering engaging UX informed by data and insights.
• Ability to balance priorities and lead without direct supervision.
• Natural leader capable of aligning groups toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements as epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing of new features.
• Support backlog management for Affiliate Platforms, balancing innovation with refinements.
• Communicate updates on feature launches, fixes and enhancements.
• Provide SME guidance for marketing needs related to Affiliate Platforms.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and design reviews to drive value.
• Research market trends to support capability and enhancement planning.
• Promote Affiliate Platform capabilities across the organization.
• Prepare knowledge sharing and reference materials.
