829 Studios seeks an Affiliate Specialist to manage and optimize affiliate programs, recruit partners, and analyze performance to drive ROI. You’ll ensure tracking accuracy and program updates while coordinating with strategists to align client goals with partner execution.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to present data to inform client strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy, link integrity, tracking accuracy, and offer availability.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and key metrics to identify trends, report on program health, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
• Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, contributing to strategy discussions and presenting program performance.
• Maintain a deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms to ensure best-in-class program management.
• Collaborate closely with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution across client accounts.
