Job summary

Zulay Kitchen is seeking a proactive creator partnerships manager to own and grow our creator and affiliate program across TikTok Shop and Instagram. You will recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with content creators and affiliates, pitch collaborations, manage product gifting, and track performance to maximize sales and ROI.

In this in-office role in Clearwater, FL, you’ll collaborate with marketing, social, and creative teams to launch campaigns and scale high-performing creators.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the creator and affiliate program across TikTok Shop and Instagram.

• Maintain regular communication with creators to sustain engagement.
• Create briefs, talking points, and campaign ideas.
• Track performance, sales, commissions, and ROI.
• Assist launch of affiliate campaigns, seasonal promotions and product launches.
• Identify top performers and scale relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, social and creative teams.
• Stay ahead of creator trends and platform updates.

What You'll Do

You'll own and grow our creator and affiliate program across TikTok Shop and Instagram.

You’ll:

• Recruit, onboard, and build relationships with content creators and affiliates.
• Find new creators that align with the Zulay Kitchen brand.
• Pitch collaborations and negotiate partnerships.
• Manage product gifting and sample requests.
• Keep creators engaged with regular communication and follow-up.
• Develop creative briefs, talking points, and campaign ideas.
• Track creator performance, sales, commissions, and ROI.
• Help launch affiliate campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
• Identify top-performing creators and scale those relationships.
• Work closely with our marketing, social media, and creative teams.
• Stay ahead of creator trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate.
• Experience with Shopify or Amazon brands.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of affiliate tracking software and reporting (Euka)
• Experience helping scale creator programs from the ground up.
