ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our marketing team, helping to service our brands in the health and wellness space. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the affiliate channel, affiliate strategies, and the desire to continue to grow their skillset in these areas. This role involves building relationships with affiliates, optimizing campaigns, recruiting new affiliate partners, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.
• Execute optimization outreach and campaigns.
• Assist in negotiating commission structures and terms with affiliates.
• Participate in client calls by communicating affiliate performance and strategy, taking detailed notes, and identifying client needs.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of affiliate programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for affiliate growth.

CORE COMPETENCIES

• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in the Google Workspace suite.
