Then join us as a Content Marketing Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in developing and executing content strategies that communicate the value of our solutions across digital platforms. Partnering with product marketing, product management, regional marketing, and digital teams, you’ll craft clear, benefit-led messaging and turnkey content packages that support awareness and lead generation efforts globally.

Your focus will be on telling the story of our solutions—how they solve real customer problems—and delivering that message through scalable digital content that fuels campaign success.

What You Will Do

  • Create Strategic Solution Messaging: Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to customer pain points, industries, and use cases.
  • Own Content Creation Across the Funnel: Develop digital-first content including web copy, campaign assets, email, and social media. Build message maps to ensure consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.
  • Deliver Global Content Activation Packages: Build and distribute ready-to-use content release kits for theater marketing and sales enablement teams. Support regional activation by aligning timing, messaging, and asset delivery.
  • Maximize Digital Impact: Ensure all content is optimized for performance across digital platforms. Partner with web, SEO, AEO and AIO and analytics teams to track engagement and enhance reach.
  • Measure & Refine: Monitor campaign performance and content engagement, using data to refine messaging and recommend improvements for future releases.

What You Will Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B content or solution marketing.
  • Proven ability to write and structure content that simplifies technical topics and connects with targeted personas.
  • Understanding of digital content performance metrics, basic SEO, AEO, AIO best practices, and multi-channel strategy.
  • A portfolio with content examples showing solution messaging, digital campaigns, or sales support assets.
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns and working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
