Job description

CashspotUSA is a fast-growing US fintech company committed to creating a B2C ecosystem for individuals who have traditionally been overlooked by US financial institutions. We are expanding our Growth team and are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager who can take ownership of all affiliate partner relationships, from scoping to pitching, negotiations, launch, and ongoing management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliate partners to meet monthly and quarterly performance goals.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to identify and engage potential partners categories to grow B9’s reach.
• Implement new performance initiatives and processes, develop new content, resources, and additional product offerings.
• Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers for affiliate partners.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in managing affiliate marketing programs, preferably in the finance industry.
• Experience in pitching, closing deals with prospects, and continuously managing partner relationships.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels of the organization.
• High EQ and attention to detail, collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical groups.
• Strong team player with an excellent track record of success.
