Harvey Nash USA is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Project Manager III to lead affiliate initiatives across the Americas, including the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

You will develop and execute affiliate strategies, manage relationships with publishers and affiliate partners, identify and onboard high-performing partners, and optimize campaigns to support customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign launches across multiple products, markets, and initiatives.
  • Monitor budgets and allocate resources to support scalable growth.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience developing affiliate strategies, managing affiliate partners and publishers, driving customer acquisition and revenue, and optimizing performance through data, attribution, and campaign analytics.

Description

The Affiliate Marketing Project Manager III will be responsible for managing affiliate marketing programs and partnerships from strategy through execution and optimization.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, performance marketing, e‑commerce, partner management, campaign analytics, attribution, and revenue optimization. The individual should be comfortable working directly with affiliate publishers, networks, content partners, and other external stakeholders.

Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, organizational, and relationship‑management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, content creators, and affiliate networks.
  • Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard high‑performing affiliate partners.
  • Develop affiliate campaigns aligned with product launches, marketing initiatives, and broader business objectives.
  • Analyze affiliate performance data and optimize campaigns to improve revenue, conversion, ROI, and overall program efficiency.
  • Monitor affiliate campaign performance, tracking, attribution, and reporting to ensure accurate measurement of program effectiveness.
  • Manage affiliate partner relationships and serve as a strategic point of contact for key partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, commission structures, incentives, and partner agreements.
  • Collaborate with paid media, brand marketing, e‑commerce, product, and other cross‑functional teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
  • Support campaign launches and ensure flawless execution across multiple products, markets, and initiatives.
  • Monitor affiliate budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to support scalable growth.
  • Research affiliate industry trends, competitor strategies, publisher opportunities, and emerging partnership models.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the affiliate program through new partners, publishers, content creators, and networks.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E‑commerce, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.

  • The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands‑on affiliate marketing experience, with a strong background in affiliate strategy, partner and publisher management, customer acquisition, revenue growth, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.
  • A strong candidate will have directly managed an affiliate program or affiliate channel and should be able to demonstrate experience recruiting and developing affiliate partners, negotiating commissions and incentives, managing affiliate platforms, analyzing performance and attribution, and driving measurable revenue or acquisition results.
  • Candidates with experience using Impact/Impact.com, Partnerize, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate/Commission Junction, Performance Horizon, Awin, or comparable affiliate platforms are strongly preferred.
  • The candidate should be highly analytical, commercially minded, organized, and comfortable managing multiple affiliate initiatives across a fast‑paced global environment. Strong partner relationship management, negotiation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills are critical.
Compensation

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $70-79/hr on W2.
