Tombras in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Intern to support national client campaigns from our offices. This paid internship runs 8.5 weeks at $18/hour, with a maximum of 25 hours per week, starting 9/23/26 and ending 11/20/26.

You will learn to recruit publishers, track campaigns, and develop affiliate marketing reporting with cross-functional teams across the agency.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduate in Marketing/Advertising or related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for affiliate channel support.
Basic understanding of the digital media landscape and how affiliate marketing works.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Assist in driving new customer acquisition for national clients.
Collaborate with media teams to support affiliate channel success across the agency.
Learn to navigate affiliate marketing platforms, recruit publishers, track campaigns, and develop reporting.
Contribute to developing affiliate strategies, tactics and reporting.
Research potential affiliate partners such as editorial publishers, networks, and loyalty programs.
Support day-to-day affiliate communications and campaign status updates.
Help create tactical affiliate strategy plans and campaign status reports.
Assist with new campaign implementation and execution.
Coordinate with brand, legal, and digital media teams for approvals.
