Job summary

Tombras seeks an Organic Social Intern in Knoxville, TN. The paid internship runs 8.5 weeks from 9/23/26 to 11/20/26, at up to 25 hours per week, earning $18/hour.

You’ll work with the Organic Social team to plan, analyze, and report on social campaigns while contributing creative ideas and calendar development. Ideal candidates are enrolled Seniors or recent grads in Media/Marketing/Advertising with strong communication, a social media passion, and proficiency in Google Docs, Analytics, Canva,

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor's program or a recent graduate in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for social media and pop culture; familiarity with major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set up, track, report on, and analyze social media campaigns with the Organic Social team.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming to produce engaging content.
• Conduct competitive research to identify trends relevant to client goals.
• Develop calendars and monitor customer feedback for campaigns.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports for the team.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
