Job summary

Tombras, a nationally recognized advertising agency, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Intern in Knoxville, TN. This paid internship runs 8.5 weeks from 9/23/26 to 11/20/26 and offers up to 25 hours per week, providing hands-on experience in driving customer acquisition for national clients.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn affiliate platforms, recruit publishers, track campaigns, and develop reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor’s program in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (degree not required).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work across teams in a digital media environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in driving new customer acquisition for national clients.
• Collaborate with media teams to support affiliate channel success.
• Navigate affiliate platforms and assist in recruiting publishers and partners.
• Develop affiliate marketing reporting capabilities and tracking.
• Support development of affiliate strategies, tactics and reporting.
• Research and write-ups on new affiliate partners and networks.
• Assist with day-to-day affiliate communications.
