Job summary

Tombras is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Intern for an 8.5-week paid internship in Knoxville, TN. The role runs from 9/23/26 to 11/20/26 at $18 per hour, with a maximum of 25 hours per week.

You will learn and assist in driving national client acquisition, collaborate with media teams, and gain hands-on experience navigating affiliate platforms, recruiting partners, and building reporting frameworks. This internship offers exposure to cross-functional teams and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Senior in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduate in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field
• Analytical, strategic, and highly detailed mindset
• Basic understanding of the digital media landscape
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills
• Ability to build relationships and prioritize in a complex digital landscape

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in driving new customer acquisition for national clients
• Collaborate with media teams to support the affiliate channel’s success
• Learn affiliate platforms, recruit publishers, track campaigns, and develop reporting
• Assist in developing affiliate marketing strategies, tactics and reporting
• Research new affiliate partners including editorial publishers and networks
• Support day-to-day communication with affiliates
• Assist with tactical affiliate strategy plans and campaign status reports
• Assist with new campaign implementation and execution
• Coordinate with brand, legal, and digital media teams for approvals
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve KPI performance and efficiency of spend
• Support tests and learnings to improve performance and spend
• Provide account support including pixel placements and updates
