Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Media Strategy and Planning Specialist in Vernon Hills, IL. You will drive affiliate marketing and creator partnerships to boost sales while collaborating with Sales, E‑Commerce, and Marketing teams.

You will optimize content, commissions, and promotional tactics, leveraging first- and third-party data to improve ROAS and brand impact. This role is primarily office-based with benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of affiliate/influencer marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• Experience managing creator campaigns focused on measurable sales outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into optimization recommendations.
• Experience with digital advertising and social channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and activate relationships with affiliate creators and influencers to drive sales.
• Partner with Sales, E‑Commerce, and Marketing teams to optimize content and conversions.
• Lead affiliate work with agencies and creators to grow ROAS.
• Monitor performance, optimize commissions, and manage creator budgets.
• Provide data-driven insights and regular KPI reporting.
