Job summary

Quadcode is seeking an Affiliate Manager (MENA) to build and scale our partner network for Affstore, a fintech SaaS product. This remote role focuses on attracting, onboarding, and managing affiliates and strategic partners across the MENA region while aligning with the core team in time zone overlap.

You will drive revenue through CPA/RevShare programs, oversee payouts, optimize campaigns, and participate in international events.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to identify and onboard local affiliates and agencies.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Experience with Forex/broker affiliate programs.
• Arabic language would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models within MENA.
• Conduct daily affiliate outreach and prospecting.
• Process incoming leads daily.
• Manage and support existing affiliates.
• Coordinate payout processes with affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate activity to prevent fraud.
• Participate in affiliate events (remote and offline).
• Gather feedback and share insights with Team Lead.
• Produce and analyze reports showing strong analytics.

About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager (MENA) to join our team. This role entails crafting and managing impactful affiliate programs, building strong partnerships, and leveraging performance analytics to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.

This will be the first dedicated hire focused on developing and scaling our partner network in MENA region for our new product Affstore.

You will play a key role in establishing and scaling our presence in the market by sourcing, onboarding, and managing local affiliates and strategic partners, while also taking ownership of initiatives to develop and improve the affiliate program as a product from an early stage.

The role operates in the EET/EEST time zone, ensuring close collaboration with the core team.

Tasks

• Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliates for Revenue Share and CPA models within MENA market.

• Conduct daily affiliate outreach and prospecting.

• Process incoming leads on a daily basis.

• Manage, support, and develop relationships with existing affiliates.

• Coordinate payout processes with assigned affiliates.

• Monitor affiliate activity to identify and prevent fraud.

• Handle affiliate inquiries and provide timely assistance.

• Initiate and drive new projects aimed at improving the affiliate program.

• Participate in internal and international affiliate events (remote and offline), including meet-ups, conferences, and business trips.

• Gather feedback from affiliates and share insights with the Team Lead.

• Produce and analyze reports, demonstrating strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.

• Ability to identify, approach, and build strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.

• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Experience in Forex/broker affiliate programs.

• Experience managing CPA/RevShare partnerships.

• Fluency in Arabic would be a strong advantage.
