Job summary

Trend, Inc. is seeking an Affiliate Manager to serve as the primary contact for affiliates, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and perform well. You will handle onboarding, ongoing optimization, and data-driven recommendations on bids and pricing to drive revenue.

You’ll deliver regular performance reports, translate metrics into actionable insights, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful launches and strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain performance data clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting metrics like lead volume and conversion rates.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, or performance-based advertising models.
  • Experience with reporting tools, spreadsheets, or dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets).

Affiliate Manager Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary operational point of contact for assigned affiliates by answering questions, fulfilling requests, and ensuring accounts remain active and performing.
  • Pulls together regular performance reports for affiliates, including lead volume, call data, click performance, conversion rates, and other relevant account metrics. Translates data into clear, actionable insights and updates.
  • Provides bid guidance and pricing recommendations based on performance data. Communicates ad creative changes, payout adjustments, and optimization opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Assists with onboarding and integrating new affiliates by coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth launch from signed contract to live traffic.
  • Acts as the first point of contact when clients report issues, such as lead quality concerns, billing discrepancies, or technical problems. Owns the follow-through until the issue is fully resolved.
  • Maintains consistent communication with assigned accounts through regular check-ins and proactive updates, ensuring affiliates feel supported and valued even when no issues arise.
  • Identifies opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue, introduce new products, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and clearly explain performance data.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
