Job summary

Lakeshore Landscaping is seeking a Manager of Systems & Integration to lead the deployment, adoption, and optimization of Aspire across the enterprise. This role supports new acquisitions through Aspire onboarding, training key branch employees, and refining Aspire use to enable real-time decision-making and forecasting.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position requires initiative and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration or technology integration.
• Hands-on experience with Aspire or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience leading system implementations in multi-entity environments.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities.
• Experience designing end-user training and adoption programs.
• Knowledge of job costing, operations reporting, and financial workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Aspire deployment, optimization, and reporting across the enterprise.
• Acquisition integrations with data migration and process alignment.
• Standardize operations, workflows, and cross-branch consistency.
• Design and deliver structured Aspire training for all levels.
• Develop BI dashboards to inform leadership on performance and margins.
• Identify tech improvements and evaluate new tools for efficiency.
