LeadingResponse is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to build, manage, and expand affiliate partnerships in the Legal, Financial, and Healthcare verticals. The role is based in Tampa or Atlanta with regular travel to Tampa and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Client Services, Analytics, and Growth Marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of affiliate lead generation experience, preferably in legal or financial services.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting or economics (or related field).
• Experience with large-scale vendor accounts is preferred.
• Experience with pricing negotiations.
• Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with an understanding of key metrics including ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow affiliate lead generation accounts across Legal, Financial, and Healthcare verticals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
• Identify, onboard, and expand value-driven affiliate partnerships.
• Analyze performance data to optimize lead quality, distribution, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Analytics, and Growth Marketing.
• Negotiate cost structures, commissions, and terms.
• Monitor issues, troubleshoot lead delivery, and ensure seamless lead acceptance.
• Ensure compliance across affiliates and campaigns.
• Reconcile affiliate expenses and payouts with Accounts Payable.
• Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.
