Job summary

HighLevel is an AI-powered business operating system powering agencies and SMBs. We’re seeking an Affiliate Recruitment Specialist to engage and recruit potential affiliates for the HighLevel program, applying your sales mindset and creative outreach strategies.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and leadership to grow the affiliate channel, define quarterly targets, optimize landing pages, and support events and partnerships across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience required.
• 2-5 Years of Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management or Business Development experience.
• Working Knowledge of topics such as Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO.
• A strong technical aptitude to help our users succeed with the HighLevel software.
• Experience working with and or ability to learn the use of various CRM Systems.
• Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and other social media.

Responsibilities

• Measure affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and leadership to deploy recruitment strategies.
• Identify and target ongoing list of existing affiliates.
• Create tailored strategies for affiliate quarterly goals.
• Hold affiliates to contractual expectations.
• Manage landing pages and predefined offers.
• Attend in-person events as needed.
• Assist in event duties.
• Other duties may be assigned.
