Job summary

Kikoff is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Business team. This hybrid role blends digital marketing strategy and data analysis, owning a set of partners, shaping growth strategies, and collaborating with the User Acquisition team to hit ambitious goals.

You will manage affiliate relationships, onboard new partners, develop campaigns, analyze performance with tools like Tableau and Amplitude, and help define roadmaps that drive traffic, conversions and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a related role with at least 2 years owning a partner book or channel with a budget.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Experience negotiating performance deals and can clearly articulate deal-making approach.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with affiliate partners and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable building a volume/budget forecast and an approach to achieve it.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions; proficiency with data software such as Tableau and Amplitude.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools (e.g., Impact, Appsflyer), proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and familiarity with AI automation.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results and brings a “test and learn” approach.
• Experience with DTC, subscription, or fintech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of affiliate partners and onboard net new partners.
• Define growth strategy and optimization paths for affiliates.
• Collaborate with User Acquisition to hit growth goals.
• Align partner strategy with UA goals and roadmaps.
• Monitor campaigns, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Present guidance to partners to maximize performance.
