Job summary

Binance is seeking a proactive affiliate marketing-focused candidate to manage and expand our affiliate network. The role involves collaborating with KOLs, coordinating with internal teams to provide assets, and driving user growth through effective campaigns.

You will work with in-house tools, learn quickly, and analyze data to optimize performance across affiliates, influencers, and media partners in a fast-paced fintech/crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in affiliate marketing and business development.
• Comfortable working with media, influencers, or partners.

Responsibilities

• Grow the affiliate network through outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and partners.
• Support negotiations, onboarding, and documentation for new affiliates.
• Maintain communication and analyze performance data for key accounts.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Build reports using internal data to optimize affiliate channel performance.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust affiliate strategies accordingly.
• Support fraud detection within the affiliate network.
