Job summary

Kikoff in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to define and scale Kikoff's Enterprise business. You will own complex partnerships from strategy and executive engagement through commercial agreement, launch, and growth.

You'll develop deep partner insights, build executive relationships with banks and fintechs, craft business cases, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and shape go-to-market strategy to expand Kikoff's credit infrastructure and consumer reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-8+ years in partnerships, fintech, or strategic roles.
• Strong fintech or financial services background with embedded finance and payments knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience managing strategic relationships with financial institutions, fintech platforms, lenders, or complex businesses.
• Track record of originating, structuring, negotiating, and scaling large partnerships with meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly strategic Enterprise partnerships from engagement through launch and expansion.
• Understand partner businesses, economics, and priorities to create differentiated value with Kikoff.
• Build senior relationships across banks, lenders, fintechs, and large consumer brands.
• Develop partnership strategies linking Kikoff capabilities to partner objectives like market expansion and monetization.
• Create business cases and commercial models quantifying partnership value.
• Lead negotiations on economics, scope, integrations, and go-to-market plans.
• Identify new industries, channels, and models to expand Kikoff's addressable market.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to translate opportunities into scalable products.
• Guide teams across functions to move partnerships from concept to launch.
• Mentor junior team members and raise strategic execution standards.
