Job summary

Besque is seeking an organized Affiliate, Community & Content Coordinator for the U.S. market. You will be the primary contact for affiliates and partners, coordinating product seeding, events and content while ensuring participants feel supported and recognized.

The role blends affiliate/ambassador activity with community, partnerships and content. Ideal for someone early in their career who loves beauty and wellness, social media, and relationship-driven marketing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in affiliate/creator marketing, community, social media, or related field.
• Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, wellness.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Natural relationship builder who can connect with people online and in person.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable capturing simple photo/video content on your phone.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of Besque's affiliate and ambassador program.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates and ambassadors.
• Build relationships with the affiliate community and serve as primary contact.
• Assist with onboarding, activation, engagement and retention.
• Support communications, promotions and campaigns.
• Maintain education resources and program FAQs.
