Job summary

AFB International is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I - Liquid - D Crew to join our team. The role operates on a 6 pm–6 am schedule, every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

You will set up, run, and monitor equipment, perform adjustments, and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure smooth operations. You will lead quality checks, log production data, and assist with packaging dry goods while coordinating with colleagues during shift changes.

Qualifications

• Reliability with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• Production or manufacturing experience (food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or farming) is a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12hr shift in a semi-dusty environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent or successful completion of a company administered basic skills assessment.
• Must pass preemployment screens including background and drug screen.
