Job summary

Tareen Dermatology seeks an experienced Aesthetics Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the cosmetic services division across multiple locations. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, patient coordination, inventory, and performance reporting, acting as second-in-command to the Director of Aesthetics.

You will collaborate with aestheticians, injectables teams, medical providers, and admin staff to ensure a high-quality patient experience and HIPAA-compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in dermatology, medical aesthetics, or comparable setting.
