Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Business Development Manager to represent the Facial Aesthetics portfolio to targeted customers across the United States. You will drive adoption and sales growth for BOTOX, JUVÉDERM, and KYBELLA through consultative selling and field collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B2C sales experience, strong business acumen, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Travel four days a week and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leverage resources to accelerate adoption and sales growth of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio, including BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® fillers, and KYBELLA®.
• Coordinate activities with Allergan Aesthetics cross-portfolio partners and support teams.
• Comply with reporting, requests, and compliance policies.
