Job description

FĀC Aesthetics is seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Clinical Assistant to support the owner and overall daily operations of the practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has a genuine interest in aesthetics, patient experience, and the behind-the-scenes operations of a growing boutique practice.

This position will involve a combination of patient flow assistance, treatment room support, operational and administrative tasks, inventory support, occasional front desk coverage, and assisting the owner with various projects. Comfort with social media and content creation is a plus and may be incorporated into the role, but it is not the primary focus of the position.

Part-time position to start, approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours and growth as the role and practice continue to evolve.

Primary Responsibilities

Patient Experience & Clinical Support

Assist with patient flow throughout the day

Prepare and turn over treatment rooms between patients

Assist providers during treatments when needed

Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and stocked

Help create an elevated, welcoming, and high-touch patient experience

Front Desk & Administrative Support

Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed

Help answer phones, greet patients, schedule appointments, and assist with check-in/check-out

Provide occasional front desk coverage

Assist with administrative and operational tasks for the owner and team

Operational Support

Assist with stocking products and supplies

Help monitor and organize inventory and order supplies as needed

Assist with event preparation and setup

Support day-to-day operational needs of the practice

Assist the owner with various tasks and projects as they arise

Content & Social Media Support

Comfortable capturing polished photo and video content when opportunities arise

Assist with occasional behind-the-scenes content, treatment videos, before & afters, stories, reels, and event coverage

Help upload and organize content as needed

Experience with content creation, editing, or social media management is a plus, but not required.
