Job summary

All About Me in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Aesthetician to join our modern aesthetics practice. You will conduct personalized skin consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver an exceptional client experience from first visit through follow-up care.

The ideal candidate holds an active aesthetics license in the state, has 1–2 years of medical aesthetic experience, and combines clinical excellence with a strong aesthetic eye to help clients feel confident in their own

Qualifications

• Active Aesthetician license in the state of practice.
• 1–2 years of experience performing medical aesthetic treatments (Genesis, LaseMD, Laser Hair Removal, etc).
• Proven ability to create natural, balanced results.
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills.
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and provider recommendations.
• Perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with state regulations, clinical protocols, and safety standards.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet cleanliness and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support patient outcomes, practice goals, and overall clinic success.
• Support skincare retail sales, promotional initiatives, and ongoing practice growth efforts.
