Marvel in Dallas is seeking an experienced Aesthetician to join our team in Fort Worth. You will conduct thorough skin consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver a best-in-class client experience from consultation through follow-up care.

Ideal candidates combine clinical excellence with a strong aesthetic eye, excellent communication, and a passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. This role offers an hourly base plus production-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Active Aesthetician license in TX.
• 1–2 years of experience performing medical aesthetic treatments.
• Ability to create natural, balanced results.
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills.
• Passion for aesthetics and client-centered care.

About the Role

Marvel is looking for an Aesthetician to join our team in Dallas. Our Aestheticians conduct thorough and personalized consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and contribute to a best-in-class client experience from consultation through follow-up care. This role is ideal for a provider who combines clinical excellence with a strong aesthetic eye and a passion for helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and provider recommendations.
• Perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with state regulations, clinical protocols, and safety standards.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet cleanliness and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support patient outcomes, practice goals, and overall clinic success.
• Support skincare retail sales, promotional initiatives, and ongoing practice growth efforts.

What you Need

• Active Aesthetician license in the state of practice
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience performing medical aesthetic treatments (Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Hydrafacial, IPL, Laser Clear & Brilliant, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheous 8, etc.)
• Proven ability to create natural, balanced results
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and client-centered care
