Job summary

Elase is seeking a skilled Aesthetician to join our Elase Med Spa team. You will deliver personalized skincare and clinical treatments, ensuring best-in-class service for clients.

Expect to maintain the clinic space and engage with clients, with a focus on patient care and staying current with the latest medical aesthetics trends. The role requires laser training certification, 1–3 years of aesthetic experience, and a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and consultations to understand client skincare concerns, goals, and medical history.
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments within the aestheticians scope, including facials, superficial chemical peels, and noninvasive body contouring.
• Customize treatment plans and recommend skincare products based on clients' needs and skin type.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines, post-treatment care, and lifestyle factors affecting skin health.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, including client information and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships for loyalty.
• Oversee POS transactions and scheduling for clinic operations.
• Provide delegated Laser Hair removal services with verified training.

JOB SUMMARY:We areseekinga skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team atElase. In this role, you will provide personalized skincare and clinical treatments to provide best in class customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in medical aesthetics. When not performing treatments, Aestheticians work with their clinic teams tomaintainthe clinic space and engage with clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Laser Training Certificaterequired
• 1-3 years of aesthetic experiencerequired
• High School Diplomarequired
• Point of Sale Experience a plus

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and dermatological conditions, as well as familiarity with skincare products and ingredients.
• Excellent technical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform treatments safely and effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport andestablishtrust with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professionalism, integrity, anda commitmentto upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate clientappointmentsa minimum of 32hours per week.
• Passion for empowering clients and colleagues, with a genuine interest in the field of medical aesthetics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with other members of theclinicalteamto coordinate care andoptimizetreatment outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
• Work withclinicteam towards monthly sales goals.
• Oversee thePoint of Saletransaction with clients and work within the system for scheduling.
• ProvidedelegatedLaser Hair removal serviceswith verified training.
• Other duties as assigned when not performing services.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Hourly rate plus commissions and tips (compensation based on experience).
• This position is in-person at one of ourElaseMed Spas and requires an on-sitepresenceeach scheduled workday.
• Full time, rangingfrom to32-40 hoursa week depending on the needs of the business.
• Must be available to work when our locations are open (including nights, Saturdays, and federal holidays).
• Must be available for occasional company-sponsored events and training.
• Must be able to stand, lift, and handle heavy objects.
• Must be ableto beconsistently move around the spa.
