Job summary

Marvel in Dallas, TX is seeking a licensed Aesthetician to join our elite team. You’ll conduct skin consultations, develop personalized treatments, and deliver a best-in-class client experience from start to finish.

With 1–2 years of medical aesthetics experience, you’ll perform treatments (microneedling, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, IPL, lasers), educate clients, support skincare retail, and uphold high safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Active Aesthetician license in state of practice.
• 1–2 years of experience performing medical aesthetic treatments (Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Hydrafacial, IPL, Laser Clear & Brilliant, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheous 8, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills.
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with state regulations, clinical protocols, and safety standards.
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet cleanliness and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support patient outcomes, practice goals, and overall clinic success.
• Support skincare retail sales, promotional initiatives, and ongoing practice growth efforts.
