Diamond Accelerator is seeking a Lead Aesthetician to guide a growing aesthetics practice in the Greater Phoenix area. This role blends hands-on skincare with leadership, mentorship, and business-building responsibilities.

You will perform advanced treatments, consult client goals, recommend skincare products, and participate in marketing initiatives to boost retention and memberships. The position offers full-time or part-time hours, a competitive hourly compensation of $20-$28 plus performance

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Aesthetician license.
• Experience in health, wellness, or medical aesthetics.
• Strong skincare knowledge and client education.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional aesthetic treatments while delivering exceptional client care and clinical excellence.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Flexible)

Compensation: $20-$28/hour depending on experience + performance bonus structure
